In a few minutes you are in the centre of Lenzerheide with numerous restaurants, shopping facilities and a connection to the sports bus. The flat has three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm). The living room is very spacious, it offers a seating and dining area as well as a reading corner and invites you to linger. From the sunny south-facing balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with shower/WC and a guest WC. Our guests also have access to a whirlpool on the upper floor on the south-facing balcony. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue dishes. For your car, there is a garage space in the underground garage and a visitors' parking space in front of the house.
