Recently renovated and simply furnished, this spacious apartment reminiscent of the farmhouses of the Tuscan countryside will welcome you in a familiar and comfortable atmosphere and make you feel at home! The apartment is ideal for short and long vacations, for families and groups of friends and business colleagues: everyone has their own privacy thanks to the three bedrooms, two large double bedrooms and a single bedroom, each with a private bathroom complete with shower or bath, decorated with tiles in the colors of the sea. A set of towels is included in the living room for each person, along with sheets and blankets. Located in the center of the attic and furnished with rustic furniture is the large living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, a children's corner and a wonderful piano. Next to the room is the kitchen, complete and equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home, to be served and enjoyed on the table for 6. In the warm months, guests can enjoy the private garden with swimming pool (from 15th June to 15th september).
