We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Rooms: - Master bedroom with double bed, very spacious closet and windows with views to the east. - Second bedroom with 2 single beds and the option to prepare two extra mattresses (on request), plus closet and window with views to the east. - Two fully equipped bathrooms, one with shower cabin and one with bathtub. - Living room, kitchen and dining room in the same space and very spacious. - The open kitchen is very well equipped (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fondue and raclette set, and much more). - The living room with access to the balcony and breathtaking views, equipped with TV, sound system, and board games. - The balcony is furnished with tables and chairs so you can enjoy the view. - 1 subway parking space in the same building. - Common areas: Skiroom with private lockers and laundry room.

The property is centrally located, about 100m from the bus stop "Zentrum" and right next to the BelArosa and Waldhotel. From this location you can easily get around Arosa as it is within walking distance of most of the local attractions and the free shuttle bus will take you to the ski lifts or anywhere else in Arosa.
