Nice recent flat with a bright cosy living room, located at 5 walking minutes of a forest. From your window, you might see horses, sheep and sometimes cows.
It has fully-equipped kitchen (with an oven, a fridge and a dishwashing machine) and a bathroom (including a washing and drying column). There is an outside terrace dedicated to the flat as well as a place to park.
My wife, our two sons and I live upstairs in the house (it is fully separated).
You have at your disposal, in this 34 square meters flat, to:
- a king size bed (180 cm) for 2 people, with adjustable heads
- a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 kids
- a modern kitchen with dish washing machine, oven, fridge with small freezer. It is as well equipped with glasses, plates, cutlery, toaster, pans, pots and utensils.
- a dining table with 4 chairs
- a bathroom with toilet, modern shower and hair dryer
- a tumble dryer
- a TV linked to Apple TV, with more than 250 channels and a few games.
- wireless Internet with ultra high speed connection (10 Gbits/s symmetrical, fiber optic)
And outside to:
- a free outdoor parking space for a car
- a grace terrace

Very kind neighbourhood with plenty of kids. In front of the studio there is sometimes sheeps, horses and goats.
This studio is in a well located village near the city of Fribourg.
If you you travel by train, "Belfaux-Village" train station is at less than 1 km. This train station has trains every 30 minutes to Fribourg city centre (4 minutes train ride) which is then well connected to other major cities of Switzerland (Bern is at 20 minutes, Geneva at 1h30m, Zurich at 1h30m, Basel at 1h30m).
If you have or rent a car, the flat is at less than 5 minutes from 2 highway entrances ("Fribourg-Nord" and "Fribourg-Centre").
The Swiss highlights are easily accessible thanks to a well centred location.
- Bern (capital city) at 25 minutes
- Luzern at 1 hour
- Zürich at 1 hour 30 minutes
- Geneva at 1 hour 30 minutes
- Basel at 1 hour 30 minutes
You also have an easy access to:
