Three rooms apartment. Built in 2000. Last renovation inside 2013, and the kitchen completly renovated in spring 2018. 3* classificated. Wooden Grison style furniture. Living-dining room with open kitchen. Dishwasher and coffee machine available. Two sleeping rooms, one with double bed, one with storey bed. SAT-TV and Radio. Washing machine, garage. Sunny and quiet position within walking distance from village centre, railway station and bus stop. Possibility of garden seating. 55m2
What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages. In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin.
