Only 5 minutes- totally 800 meters.  Free parking is available. (10 meters from entrance)  There is a separate entrance to the rooms at the back, ensuring a very peaceful setting.  Ski resorts and attractions like the Bernina Express are easily accessible. (800 mt.)  The property is conveniently located near the highway. (5 minutes from highway or 3 km)  Self-check-in is available (15:00-23:30) Apartment Features: Private Rooms: The property offers two private rooms exclusively for you: a living room and a bedroom. Your sleeping options include a very comfortable double bed (160 x 200), two convertible sofas, and a daybed. Clean bedding is provided for all options so you can choose the one that best suits your comfort. Coffee Corner & Personal Items: Inside your room, there is a small coffee corner equipped with a hot water dispenser, a coffee machine, and an air fryer. Additionally, you will receive clean towels, bed linens, duvets, and dedicated kitchen utensils appropriate for the number of guests. Shared Areas: The kitchen and bathroom are shared with an office in the building and are equipped with all essential appliances. Since the office workers rarely use the kitchen and bathroom, you will most likely have exclusive use of the kitchen and bathroom after 5:00 PM.
