Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Discover the perfect experience in the Swiss Alps with our modern and cozy 1-bedroom apartment, meticulously decorated with high-end appliances and furniture for a premium stay in Arosa. Situated centrally, you'll have easy access to the lifts and main town services, and the convenience of leaving your car in the private parking space on the property. Property divisions: Bedroom with king-size box spring bed (200x200 cm), large wardrobe, and humidifier. Living room with fireplace, premium sofa bed with mattress (150x200 cm), TV, WiFi, and access to the balcony. Modern and spacious kitchen fully equipped with high-quality appliances (including washing machine and dryer), located near the dining table with a window overlooking the mountains. Modern and bright bathroom with rain shower. Private storage room for ski equipment and private parking space in the building.

The property is located in a residential area, in a residents only street close to the Obersee, where you can find all the main services of the town such as the train station, lifts, supermarkets and much more. You can move around for free using the bus and the bus stop is only a few meters away from the property.
