Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building. The check-in takes place directly at the apartment. Guests must provide an email with their identity card or passport before the arrival in order to receive the access code. The access code will be sent on the day of arrival. Apartment use and commercial ban: Any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes is strictly prohibited. In case of a proven violation of this rule, VISIONAPARTMENTS will take the right to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund, as well as to demand the immediate departure of the guests. Please note that there is no AC in the building. Please be informed that our signature items (e.g. toiletries) are arrival amenities only, which means that they will not be replaced. When travelling with pets, please note that a deposit applies.
