Hotel Santa Cecilia B&B offers elegantly decorated rooms with free WiFi in the touristic Gethsemane district of Cartagena de Indias. Guests can enjoy complimentary local calls. The rooms have air conditioning, and flat-screens with cable TV. Rooms are also equipped with a minibar, a work desk area and private bathrooms. Some rooms feature balconies with a city view.
