As of January 1, 2023, the collection of 19% VAT on tourist services begins again, however, a VAT exemption can be applied to Non-residents in Colombia who comply with the provisions of Decree 297 of 2016. demonstrating with their physical Passport that they have the current Entry and Stay Permit stamp: PT or current Temporary Visa with the Tourism Visa stamp (V), otherwise we cannot carry out the exemption.
