Please note that guests under age must present a documentation proving parenthood or, if traveling without relatives, a permission signed by their parents.
As of January 1, 2023, the collection of 19% VAT on tourist services begins again, however, a VAT exemption can be applied to Non-residents in Colombia who comply with the provisions of Decree 297 of 2016. demonstrating with their physical Passport that they have the current Entry and Stay Permit stamp: PT or current Temporary Visa with the Tourism Visa stamp (V), otherwise we cannot carry out the exemption. [If you are Colombian and reside abroad and enter through Biometric, you will need to request the entry stamp in your passport for VAT exemption]
Note: advance charges will always be made before VAT, in the case of people who are NOT exempt, they must pay the value corresponding to VAT at the time of check-in.
Guests will need to show a valid ID and the same credit card they added on Booking to guarantee the reservation upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

To do so, they must show their physical passport with a valid entry and stay stamp (PT) or a valid temporary visa with a tourist visa stamp (V). Otherwise, the exemption cannot be applied. Important: Advance payments must always be made before VAT is applied. Non-exempt persons will be required to pay the VAT at the time of check-in. Please note that this property does NOT allow pets on the premises. Guests will be required to show at check-in a valid ID and the same credit card that was added at the time of booking as a guarantee of the reservation.
