As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a stove, an oven, a freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Visitors are not allowed for guests. - The appliances and equipment that are in the condominium at the time of check in are the ONLY ones that will be provided during the stay. - The renovation of amenities will be done every four nights of lodging. (Amenities: bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, kitchen towels) - Whites will be changed for new ones every 4 nights. (sheets, duvets, bath towels, hand towels.) - In case of loss of the key, a fine of 20 will be charged. - We are not responsible for objects spilled in common areas of our condominiums. - The laundry center (washer and dryer) will be available ONLY for rentals of more than four nights.
