Our house is located in the CONDOMINIO SANTA RITA DE SAN JUAN DE TIBÁS EN SAN JOSÉ. Stay in our cozy rooms in Tibás, just 10 minutes from downtown San José and 30 minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, very safe, easily accessible and close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Without problems they can take the buses or taxis they need to continue their journey. If you travel by car, we have a gas station for cars and a car wash just around the corner. Within the rate, we offer breakfast, wifi, cable TV. For an additional cost, we also offer the laundry service, the transfer to and from the airport and we have hot and cold drinks at your disposal. If you prefer to stay at home, no problem, we can order something to eat for you! We offer different menus from nearby restaurants for your choice. This is an additional paid service. The rooms do not have private bathrooms but we do have a bathroom that is reserved for our guests. The parking is in the street, it is free and under video recording.

Our neighborhood is very quiet, mostly residential, and is one of the safest neighborhoods in San Jose. Here our guests will find many facilities such as shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants - within walking distance - as well as easy access to the services available in the surroundings, such as public transports.
