Hello & welcome! Located where the jungle meets the Caribbean Sea, this unique tiny house has been designed for the eco-responsible traveler, where everything is locally produced or handmade. Designed and built with an ecological conscience, your stay will be a blend of comfort and respect for the environment. Close enough to the beach to walk there, and far enough away from noise disturbance to enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment, listen to the birds, stay in touch with nature and relax. More than anything, our main goal is that our sleeping space prioritizes comfort and coziness. This is a place designed to make you feel relaxed. We believed and bet this can be achived with the relaxing scheme of sleeping in the middle a colorful tropical garden. The wide front window will make you feel part of the jungle, from the comfort of a great quality bed with direct view to trees plants and abundant wildlife. Howler monkeys, birds, frogs, geckoes, crickets, and iguanas is our luxury. Furnished with a double bed and orthopedic mattress, a kitchenette, a purified water dispenser, a private ensuite bathroom with hot water, and a small private garden, every detail of this tiny house has been designed to create a simple and welcoming space.
Hello, My name is Frédéric, thank you for your interest in my place. I was born in France, from a Caribbean mother and a dad issued from an Italian familiy who ran away from dictatorship. I left the village I grew up in 2010, and lived in various countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Chile, Canada, Costa Rica, during my journey around the world. After many adventure, such as driving across the Pan-American Highway or crossing the Gobi desert by train, I settled here, and built my house, adopted my dog Horacio, and live peacefully close to nature.
This is a small and quiet neighborhood where we all respect each other and maintain good relationship. Playa Cocles is just a short walk away. Also a supermarket is located 3 minutes walk and few restaurants are also nearby. From here you can reach the most beautiful caribbean beaches and the Manzanillo natural reserve in a few minutes. It's also nice to get around on a bicycle, although I don't offer bicycles as I'm not in a position to provide assistance if needed, but a rental company is located nearby.
