This lovely penthouse is part of a tropical mini-resort in the fancy Vista Royal residential area. It's perfect for up to 6 people, making it great for families, friends, or business travelers looking for a chill vacation. Situated on the first floor, this modern and luxurious apartment is private and centrally located, offering two spacious terraces and a fantastic view. The mini-resort is uniquely designed to provide privacy for each accommodation. When you rent the penthouse along with the two ground-floor apartments, you can accommodate up to 14 people. The penthouse features 3 bedrooms with comfy king-size beds, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs (including Netflix). The master bedroom comes with a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with an "outside" shower, and a separate toilet. The other two bedrooms share a second large bathroom, equipped with all the necessities, including towels, a spacious walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

The Penthouse offers comprehensive amenities, featuring an open kitchen with a cooking island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large American fridge and freezer, a separate steam oven, a built-in espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The modernly furnished living room is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with IP TV. Accessible through glass sliding doors, a spacious covered terrace awaits you, complete with a lounge corner, dining table, and BBQ. A staircase from the terrace leads to the magna pool and tropical garden, featuring an outdoor shower for shared use. Surrounding the pool is a sun deck furnished with sun beds, and two palapas provide a shaded retreat. The apartment includes high-speed Wifi and 220-volt sockets for your convenience. Upon your arrival, your bed will be beautifully made with fresh linen, and towels will be readily available. Please note that the rental price does not include electricity, and electricity consumption will be deducted from your deposit. For added security, the Villa is fully fenced and secured, with access limited to the electric gate.

I would like to introduce myself to you; I am Michaela and together with my partner Hans we have had this unique villa built with great pride. We wanted a villa where you can stay with several people but still have your own privacy. We are regularly found on the island and wanted to create a "home away from home" with this villa. All ingredients are present to enjoy this peaceful house. Jan Thiel is one of the most beautiful and popular areas of the island, 24 kilometers from Hato airport. The area offers everything tourists look for: beach, swimming pool, restaurants, bars, open-air club, shops, supermarket, fitness / gym, spa, casino, car rental, water sports center, dive shop, etc. At Jan Thiel, tourists both find peace and dynamism. In addition, Jan Thiel has a nature reserve with salt pans that are regularly visited by flamingos. In the penthouse you will find a booklet with various suggestions for restaurants, bars, activities and attractions in the area.
