Protaras Bay View Villa is a stunning, brand new, 6-bedroom property in a superb location of Central Protaras, about 5 minutes' walk to Protaras Strip and Sunrise Beach.
The ground floor offers an open plan living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped high-tech kitchen. The wide patio doors open up wide to join the interior with a comfortable veranda and the pool patio, overlooking the private swimming pool and the well-maintained garden.
The upper floor features three spacious bedrooms and the family bathroom with a shower enclosure. The master bedroom features a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also offers a large double bed, and the third bedroom offers two single beds. The two double bedrooms share a balcony that offers partial sea views.
The basement level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On this floor there is the second master bedroom that offers a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and a small outdoor patio with sliding doors, and the second bedroom with a large double bed and also a small outdoor patio. The third bedroom which also offers a double bed does not have a window but has an automated ventilation system and an AC unit.
In total with five double beds, two single beds, four bathrooms and a guest WC the villa can comfortably sleep twelve persons.
The roof terrace is equipped with a cozy seating and allows you to enjoy the unabstracted excellent sea views and the sunsets. On this floor there is a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer, as well as a separate small storage room.
Protaras Bay View Villa 11 is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers private parking, high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, gas BBQ, modern and comfortable furniture as well as higher-class electrical appliances and comfortable beds. The villa offers you the comfort of home away from home.
The Swimming Pool offers the option to be heated with an additional cost of 40Euro per night.

Protaras Bay View Villa 11 is located in one of the best new built areas of the region, a few minutes' walk from Central Protaras Strip and the beautiful Sunrise Beach, A Blue Flag destination with white sand, crystal clear blue waters and all the amenities. Within a 2 km radius you will find a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, all kinds of water sports, organized beaches and much more.
Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destination especially for families with children. There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer including water ski, wake surfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, parasailing and much more. Protaras and Ayia Napa offer a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months and all within very easy reach from the villa.
Within 3 minutes’ drive you can get to Paralimni Marina and Protaras Fishing Harbour, the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach while Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach are a few minutes' walk away. The coastal walkway linking Protaras Centre with Pernera is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants and cafes where you can stop for breakfast, coffee or dinner. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea.
Listed Prices include 400KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/KWh.
