The two master bedrooms offer beautiful sea views. Exterior - About 1000m2 of lawn covered private garden, large 6x12m private pool with hydrojets, covered parking for 2 cars, BBQ, Listed Prices include 500KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro250 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host.
