If you are looking for a place to call home while entrusting your holidays to a Superhost for exceptional service, this comfortable & cozy flat is the perfect place for you! The apartment is on the first line near the sea. In the building complex, you will find a tennis court and you can enjoy swimming in the large pool. Within a short walking distance, you can get to the popular Fig Tree Bay beach and Protaras's most lively street.

Neighbourhood information

Protaras is Ayia Napa’s laid-back neighbour: It’s a resort for those who want those sublime beaches on the southeast coast of Cyprus without the thumping nightlife. For an easygoing beach break, family-favorite Protaras ticks a lot of boxes. Enjoy clear sky-blue waters and sandy beaches. Fig Tree Bay is the center of all the beach action, but the entire shorefront has been beautifully manicured with a wide seaside pedestrian promenade that wriggles its way up the coast, past hotel lawns, and patches of golden sand, all the way to Pernera. Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km (6 mi) southwest, it has expanded into a modern holiday resort of considerable size with tens of high capacity hotels, hotel apartments, villas, restaurants, pubs, and associated facilities. Being quieter than Ayia Napa and having less of a club scene, it has a reputation of catering more for family and Cypriot tourism. Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the center of Protaras and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island. Protaras is one of the most popular diving destinations with some of the best dive sites of Cyprus and the East Med. Green Bay being the most popular dive site with thousands of first-timers trying scuba skills. The Blue Hole, the Chapel, the Decosta Bay, Malama bay. Protaras most famous dive site for Technical Diving and Commercial Diver training is the Cyclops bay located on the border with Ayia Napa.
