RULES: - The Rental Price includes 300 kWh of electricity consumption per week which is more than sufficient to cover the normal use of the Villa, including air-conditioning. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.30 per kWh. - Housekeeping, Pool Cleaning, and Gardening Services are included in the Rental Price. - Housekeeping Services include a mid-stay cleaning and change of linen for bookings over 7 nights and for each 7 night period thereafter. Property information

This attractive and traditional 3-4 bedroom villa with sea views, located in a quiet neighbourhood in the Profitis Elias area of Protaras, just a short 10-minute walk to the Protaras main strip, is the perfect option for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing break, away from it all, but close enough to enjoy the beaches and amenities that the Protaras area has to offer. As you enter the villa, you will find the living room area with a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen and Cable TV, as well as a fireplace for those cool winter nights. Next to the living room, you will find the separate and sizeable kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay; the dining area seats 6 people and a door leading to the back patio area. Next to the dining area, you will find another living room/bedroom area. This spacious room features a seating area surrounded by patio doors that allow plenty of natural light in and lead directly to the pool, as well as its own bathroom with a shower and WC. An extra two, full sized single beds can be added in this room, as a fourth bedroom.

Neighbourhood information

The Profitis Elias area of Protaras is just a short walk from the heart of Protaras, the main Protaras strip and 500m to the beautiful Church of Profitis Elias. A unique church that sits high on a remote rock, renowned for the 153 steps that you have to climb and the fantastic, stunning and picturesque views that it offers once you reach the top. This quaint, little church is definitely worth a visit during your stay The advantage of being in this area of Protaras is that you are far enough away to avoid and not to be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of Protaras centre, yet a short walk away from it if you want to enjoy everything that the area has to offer you. Mainstream Protaras is within walking distance. Bus stop is close by from the Villa. Taxis are reasonably priced and can be very easily found. A Guide will be available for you at the villa upon arrival, containing comprehensive information about local transport, taxis, buses and generally how to get around.
