Swallow's nest villa is a spacious traditional 3BR villa in a peaceful and quiet complex just 900m away from Ayia Thekla, one of the best idyllic beaches in Cyprus with crystal clear blue waters and fine white sand. The villa is very close to waterpark and only within a short drive from buzzing Ayia Napa.

Ayia Thekla is a newly developed and quiet area on the western edge of Ayia Napa only a short driving distance from the place where all the clubs are located and where the fun takes place. Building here began in the late 1990s and today it is a modern collection of villa estates strung along the coast for several miles. Just east of the beach is Ayia Thekla church and a collection of ancient tombs in the rocks. Just west of the beach is a beach bar where the weekly market is held year-round every Wednesday. The main beach is a small horseshoe of soft sand with several rocky islands just a short way out. For several miles west towards Potamos Liopetriou the rocky shoreline is interspersed with small private patches of golden sand, ideal for those looking for a quiet sunbathing spot. Kitesurfers and paragliders also use Ayia Thekla beach for practice and it is a popular spot for jogging and walking along the coastal pathway. In Spring the area is a riot of wildflowers and the seashore is very pretty. The beach bar at Ayia Thekla is also the home of a weekly market which is on all year round on Wednesday mornings.
