The property is available to Women and Couples only and is located in the heart of Paphos city in a small neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms but only renting out one of them.
The property consists of a big kitchen where you can use all equipment to cook.
There is space in the living room for exercise. It includes matts, foam roller, TRX, 2 stability balls, balance boards, skipping ropes, holla hoop, a stationary bicycle and some light weights.
The renting room consists of a full length mirror a double orthopedic mattress, a desk for you to work if you work from home and a chair. There is no aircondition in the room but a fan is provided.
There is one bathroom and one shower room. You can use any one you like.
The best feature of the house is the back veranda where you can sit in the late evening to enjoy the sunset and some peace and quiet time.
It is a pet friendly home as long as they are trained. I also have 3 cats about 6 months old which are allowed in the house but not in the rented room.
Hello, my name is Galatia. I was born and raised in Cyprus and i have studied in the UK where i lived for many years.
I am a fashion designer but i also have a day job so you probably will not see me much in the house. I am a very chill and extroverted person and I'm excited to share my home with interesting people.
I have created a safe space for all to enjoy a more local approach to Cyprus holidays. As i grew up here i can offer advice for places to visit, what to avoid and if i have time i can show you around.
It's a very safe neighborhood to live in. You can take your dog out for a walk at 23:00 and you will not feel uncomfortable strolling around.
There is a small bakery about 5 minutes walking from here where you can get the basics. At about 10 to 20 minutes walk (depends how fast you walk) you can reach 3 big supermarkets. One is Sklavenitis the other is Lidl and the last is Papantoniou Supermarket. There is also another supermarket that specializes in fresh fruits and veggies about 10 minutes away ''Kipos Tis Edem''
We have taverns as well as coffee shops. The general hospital is about 20 minutes by foot and there is another one clinic 10 minutes away.
