A design apartment with a terrace in the Lakepark Residence only 150 meters from the Macha Lake. There is no other similar apartment in the apartment complex, which would offer a private terrace of 16 square meters. You can enjoy the terrace having a meal, working on your notebook (free wi-fi available), relaxation in a sofa or a sunbathing during the summer months. In the evening it turns into a romantic place for watching a sunset with a glass of wine.
The apartment is located at Macha Lake nearby the Stare Splavy port and a local yacht club. Did you know, that according to a legend this lake was founded by the same Emperor, as the most famous bridge in Prague, Charles IV.? The Macha Lake, more than 100 years famous as a perfect touristic place, is ideal for water sports such as yachting, windsurfing, canoeing, swimming, fishing and boat riding) The local tennis club is hosting a professional ITF tennis tournament every July. The surrounding pine forests offer ideal conditions for hiking, running, cycling and mushroom picking. If you are a history lover, you can visit different old castles in a close neighborhood. Motorbikers appreciate curvy narrow roads in the area. Wine experts will appreciate a visit of the city of Melnik, one of the few wine regions in Bohemia.
