The apartment consists of one master bedroom (1 queen-size bed), the second bedroom (4 beds) and big living room with excellent view directly to the mountains. Living room is fitted with cabel O2TV with a flat-screen TV (2 additional persons can sleep on extendable sofa bed). Kitchen is fully equipped (MW tube, dishwasher) and there is a tube for relaxing in the bathroom. All rooms offer free WiFi. Additionally there is a space for bikes or skis in the ground floor cellar which is equipped by drying rack for shoes. One parking lot is reserved for the Apartment in front of the house, other is free for visits. The Apartment is very good for families with children.
Abertamy surroundings is a paradise for hiking and biking from spring to autumn. There is a lot of natural and cultural attractions like natural reserve Božídarské rašeliniště or historical mines Mauritius and Johannes which are close by. Historical town Jáchymov offers Royal Mint museum and famous spa which are both worth to visit. The whole area is going to be included into UNESCO preservation program. Skiarea Plešivec is 100m from apartment (door-to-door skiing) and a lot of other ski-centres are within 10 minutes drive by car range:, Klínovec, Boží Dar, Fichtelberg, Pernink. Abertamy is a centre of cross-country skiing placed directly on the main backbone course „Krušnohorská magistrála“ connected all centres in western Erzgebirge mountains. There is more then 100 km of perfectly prepared slopes for cross-country skiing within the area on both sides of Czech-Greman border. Well-known spa Jachymov and Karlovy Vary are close by. Jáchymov is 10km from Abertamy and KV (22km) you can reach within 25 minuts by car or 45 minuts by public transport. Excellent for relaxing or good option to combine a visit of famous International Film Festival in KV with enjoying peaceful nature.
