The fully equipped kitchen, which includes tea and coffee for your use, has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction and fridge. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine in addition to a tumble dryer. There is also a minibar with free welcome drinks. In summer, air conditioning will definitely come in handy. A terrace with a beautiful view of the city centre and Prague Castle is located on the roof of the building. The apartment is located in a building that has been declared a cultural monument and featured in the world-famous film The Man and His House, a hit movie at the Montreal World Expo.
Dear guests, our business is based on personal approach to you and we are always looking forward to you. We like travelling, meeting and learning people and know our city well. We can provide you with many pieces of useful information and contacts. It is possible to mediate additional services to you – taxi, exchange office, restaurants, guided tours, you can buy tickets for public transport at place . You can always to turn to us.
It takes 5 minutes by metro (from Invalidovna station on line B) to the historic city centre and 5 minutes the other way to the O2 Arena. The Forum Karlín can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. The surroundings of the residence are logistically excellent, with metro, tram and supermarket services within 100 metres. A golf and tennis course and a sauna are located approximately 300 metres from the residence. Golf can also be played at the Golf Marina Prague club near the residence. There are many great restaurants in Karlín or in the centre. A restaurant focusing on Asian cuisine is located directly in the residence, and two canteens can be found opposite in the Futurama Business Park buildings. A public car park with sufficient capacity is located directly in front of the building. Parking is free on weekends and overnight. Near the building, a cycle path runs along the river, connecting Karlín with the historic city centre and on the other side with Libeň and Troja, where the Prague Zoo and Botanical Garden are located. You can also use it to comfortably reach and relax in the extensive Stromovka Park. Prague has a wide range of shared services such as bikes, scooters or cars and a well-functioning dense network of public transport (metro, trams). For longer stays, there is also a walk through the Karlín district, through the Futurama buildings and along the baroque Invalidovna palace and then along Křižíkova Street to Vítkov Hill or directly into the centre.
