GROUP POLICY: When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
PET POLICY – PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN OUR HOTEL. Hotel reserves the right not to accommodate a guest who arrives with a pet and cancel without any refund.
PARKING: Hotel garage have 4 parking lots only and it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is necessary. Hotel posses few street-parking permissions for rent. Street parking does not any guaranteed spots. Parking permission is valid for the area of entire Prague 1. FEES: Car (garage or on-street permission) for 29 EUR per night. Motorbike (garage) for 20 EUR per night. Bicycle (garage) for 10 EUR per night. Charging of electrobikes is not allowed for fire security reasons.
WHEELCHAIR USERS: Hotel offers only 1 room suitable for wheelchair users, of Standard category. Other rooms have not enough wide doors to be suitable. Room for wheelchair user has to be requested in advance. In case hotel does not receive such request in advance and confirms the special room availability, hotel reserves the right to deny the accommodations in any other room despite valid reservation.
