We wanted to bring your attention to a recent update regarding electricity usage during the heating season (September through April) on our booking.com page.
To ensure transparency, it's important to note that the cost of electricity is 0.20 Euro/5 CZK per kilowatt of energy consumed, rather than a fixed charge of 0.20 Euro/5 CZK per stay.
To accurately calculate the energy cost, we will take a photo of the electricity yard both at check-in and check-out. The electricity fee will be settled in cash during your checkout.
For your comfort, we have installed new wall-mounted electric heaters in the apartment to keep you warm during your stay.
