Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability.

3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in

Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of one

5. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We
