Feel like a home from home on your own 20 square meters of living area. Your room is located through the main door, upstairs front, on the first level of the house. The shower and the tube, as well as the main bathroom, are located next to your room. A second bathroom with toilet and shower, is availalbe for you on the ground floor, next to the main entrance. Our solid wood beds as well as the high-quality reversible mattress guarantee high-quality sleeping comfort. If requested, we´ll also place a 60 cm x 120 cm babybed in your room as well. If you want to spend the night with your child in your bed, we do have safety arrangements available to prevent it from falling off the bed. You will also find a coffee-maschine, a water boiler, coffee and a selection of tee at your room. A big wardrobe and enough hangers for an extend stay. This room offers a french balcony which enables you to keep the ceiling high windows fully open at any time. Smoking, consuming narcotic drugs and/or hard alcohol is strictly prohibited! By looking through the big windows, you will see a part of the garden with a huge 300cm² trampoline, free to use for your kids. (max. 150kg) So your kids may enjoy themselves while you may take the time to relax or to work in your room a bit. A 42" Ultra-High-Definition Smart TV is available in your room as well. Amazon Prime is installed and free of charge for you.
I am a non-smoker, active sportsman without any pets. Half of the year I am participating on running and other sport events within Germany jumping over obstacles or crawling through mud towards the finish line. 50% of the week you will find me working from home so we will likely meet each other during check-out. In general, I am more the calm type. The same counts for my twin boys which live two weeks per month with me. They behave according to their age social open, communicative and loveley to their fellow in the direct surrounding. Annoying loud music or other freaky behaviour will not need to be expeted by you. I love cooking. Cooking and sport as a compensation to my fully stuffed daily routine. Depending on your arrival and check-out times, you may also meet my wonderful wife - Zweti - who manages an own guest room.
In and around Waldbüttelbrunn you may find a lot wayside shrines, wayside crosses, and stations which are very typical for our region. The historical buildings and churches of our districts are Lovely and worth seeing as well. The centralized location of my home enables you to reach out to Würzburg downtown, the Residenz, Fortress Marienberg or even Mainfrankensäle within 15 min. The bus station is only 300 meters away from your lodge. To Würzburg downton you may pick one of the five bus lines available (50, 471, 472, 633, 8078). Suitable for roadtrips, you may find the highways A7 and A81 five minutes away from the appartment. Our both restaurants are local tipps for insiders. Those who love steaks, pasta or homemade Italian food will be served very well. For trips in the west of Würzburg we have created a well filled map for you holding various points of interests. Natural reserves, historical buildings, regional BIO cooking or the exciting sport of flying a plane; this and more you wil find near your room.
