Direct communication via booking and well thought-out facility on site make this possible! We love our hometown of Dresden and are happy when others can discover this beauty.

The apartment "Green Flair" on the 4th floor is easily accessible by lift. The apartment "Industrial Flair" can be accessed via the steps from the 4th to the 5th floor.The Industrial Flair apartment is an attic apartment with slopes.Both apartments have modern furnishings. From the hallway, both the bedroom with double bed and the spacious bathroom with shower go off. In the living room is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped. You also get here on the cozy balcony, which invites you to relax. The large corner couch also serves as a sleeping place for the third person.

Neighbourhood information

Due to the location close to the center are relaxed connections, perfect for your city break, available. Whether tram, train or bus - everything is within a short distance. And even traveling by car is no problem. you can park for free in front of the house and on the public roads around. For quiet-loving guests, the location is not suitable. The perfect connection to the means of transport brings a certain amount of noise, which can not be avoided. The advantage: They have very short ways to get quickly from A to B. Shops are available in the immediate vicinity. Netto, Lidl, snack or restaurants are within walking distance. Not far from the apartment is the center of Dresden.
