We are a couple with a passion for travel and nature and are very welcoming to our guests. We travelled through many countries and are amazed by how many contacts we made who shared with us local insider tips of destinations we have not experienced before. This has sparked in us the desire to share what we have experienced with others and so we decided to fulfill our dream of owning our own holiday complex. Welcome to our holiday apartment "Möhnestube" – the perfect retreat for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers seeking relaxation and nature at the idyllic Möhnesee. Our apartment is located in a quiet holiday complex and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The studio apartment is on the first floor and can be easily accessed via a ground-level entrance or elevator. With 35 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests. > Bed (1.60m x 2.00m) for restful nights. > Kitchenette with a filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, refrigerator (including freezer compartment), and a small oven. > 43-inch Smart TV with cable and Netflix for cozy evenings. > Bathroom with a shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. > Sauna (Thu-Sat, 4:45 PM - 10 PM) for warmth on colder days. > Pool (May - October). > Breakfast option ~1.5 km away. > Shopping facilities (Rewe supermarket & bakery) ~4 km away. > Private parking and bike storage. > Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. > Rooftop terrace with lake views and a table tennis room. > Washer and dryer (coin-operated) – ideal for longer stays. > Direct access to hiking and cycling trails around the Möhnesee. > Entry via a key box – instructions will be provided shortly before your arrival. Whether it is sunbathing, swimming, fishing, inline skating, cycling, boating, stand up paddling, sailing or trying out one of the many culinary specialties in the local restaurants and cafes, there is something to do and enjoy for everyone. You can enjoy the great views over the area from the Moehnesee tower, walk along the dam or take a round trip by boat. In addition, various events are taking place throughout the year. We also recommend visiting Soest with its beautiful old town or going shopping in Dortmund. In winter there is the opportunity to skate in the ice sports center and if you make a little detour to the Sauerland you can even go tobogganing and skiing there. You will find anything your heart desires.
