Welcome to Cabrera, La Catalina SkyView Condo Units! Our newly renovated condo building has 2 completely separate, private condos: one on the first floor and another on the second floor.
Each unit has 2 ocean view bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Open and spacious living room with patios that stretch the entire length of the condo & private parking steps away from the entrance!
We have one of the only properties with air conditioning units mounted in each bedroom room & the common area living room all adorned with local decor.
CVC Global Properties is a small family owned property management company. Let us show you how magical the Dominican Republic is!
Located in a private neighborhood the condo is perched on a lush green mountain side with breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline below, surrounded by rolling hills and world class beaches. Next door is the Catalina Tropical Lodge & Restaurant
