House under the palms with pool and parking lot     Our house offers 50 square meters of living space and a terrace of 16 square meters, to accommodate up to six people.   It has a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and OWN PARKING PLACE.   Secluded location, surrounded by palms and other trees, surrounded by greenery!   There is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) that can be darkened, a bedroom for 3 people with a bunk bed (80x200) that can be darkened, a large living room (sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen and a BATHROOM.   Each room is equipped with a FAN.   In addition, the house has a large terrace with GAS GRILL (barbecue) and dining table, and enjoys a splendid view of the countryside.   Day area:   1. We emigrated from Germany to the Dominican Republic in January 2020. Here we live from the rent of our holiday home and the small apartment. We were at Vox Goodbye Germany - Emigrants in August 2021. We look forward to welcoming you as guests. Since we live on site, we're happy to assist you before your trip. It doesn't matter if you need a rental car, are planning a transfer, a round trip, or are interested in the great sights and outdoor sports offerings in our area. Just talk to us, preferably on the site, but also by e-mail or WhatsApp. We are happy to help you with words and actions. Our garden We not only offer you chickens, dogs, horses, rabbits, cats and our domestic pig Dieter on 16,000 m² of mature property, but also tons of wild animals such as hummingbirds, geckos and butterflies. The variety of plants is even more impressive, in the meantime we have counted over 50 different crops, including pineapple, mulberries, yuca, mango, lime, avocado, bananas, cashews, lychee, macadamia, coffee, cocoa, to name just a few. The holiday home is absolutely secluded and idyllic.
Jarabacoa is surrounded by mountains at an altitude of about 530 meters, which means that the climate is quite pleasant, with temperatures reaching 33° during the day in summer, but at night the temperature drops significantly. The young and lively Jarabacoa belongs to the province of La Vega and has about 60,000 inhabitants. Many wealthy Dominicans from Santo Domingo or Santiago spend their weekends or holidays here. The region is considered a health resort and is also known as "the Switzerland of the Caribbean", and offers a great flora and fauna, and is increasingly becoming a center for ecotourism. There are not only many waterfalls, rivers and lakes, but also the highest mountain in the Caribbean, the Pico Duarte with almost 3100m is around the corner. The area is an eldorado for outdoor sports and adventure lovers, offering rafting, canyoning, paragliding, horseback riding or hiking, mountaineering and much more. Here you will find everything for your daily needs: there are several supermarkets, hospitals, doctors, pharmacies and a lot of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. It is also worth mentioning that many places can be reached quickly and easily from here. There is a Caribe Tours bus station; for example, buses will take you comfortably to Santo Domingo in two and a half hours. La Vega or the second largest city of Santiago are also easily reachable in a short time. Even a day trip to the sea is doable.
