Located in the centre of Quito, just a 5 minutes' walk from the House of Culture and Coliseum General Rumiñahui, this hotel offers spacious accommodation, a spa, free WiFi and free private parking. Fenix Hotel is located a 30 minutes' drive from Mariscal Sucre Airport and is strategically located in the centre of the city, surrounded by major convention centres and important institutions such as the Casa de la Cultura, the General Rumiñahui Colliseum, the Eugenio Espejo convention centre and Itchimbia Crystal Palace. The popular December 6th Street is just 4 blocks away, with all its restaurants and bars. Private parking is possible. It is located in one of the best preserved historical centers and one of the biggest commercial and touristic areas.
