Kindly note that birth certificates need to be presented at check-in for children accompanying their parents in family rooms with a maximum of two children. Children's supplements are not calculated in the room rate and should be paid directly at the hotel.

'Royal Suites' are on the ground floor, 'Executive Suites' are on the 1st floor, and 'Junior Suites' are on the 2nd floor.

Please note that swimming in the pool and the sea is only permitted in adequate bathing suits. Swimming in loose or cotton clothing is also not allowed.

Lodging at extra charges and moving sun beds to the shoreline is prohibited.

Please note that accompanying maids are considered additional guests and will incur an extra charge upon check-in.

Electric scooters and bikes are not permitted within the 'Almaza Bay' property premises.

Differentents may apply when booking more than 5 rooms. Bookings are refundable, and the full amount of the stay will be charged at any time.

When booking ground floor rooms, additional charges will apply, subject to property availability.

For the Refundable bookings, Payment Gate-Way link will be sent to the guest to settle & guarantee the booking maximum 7 days prior the arrival. Payments for refundable bookings must be collected no later than 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled. A payment link will be sent to guests accordingly through our reservation team.

For Non-Refundable bookings, Payment Gate-Way link will be sent via email to process full payment.
