This unique place has a style all its own. A spacious 1-bedroom with a pull-out bed for guests & a full kitchen, on the ground floor with a luxurious backyard and a private entrance located in a private and secured compound. Near a collection of large malls and business parks in Central Zayed. This compound also has all necessities including; 24/7 security, secured gates only with a membership card which you will have and tons of convenient stores around the compound that deliver.
This apartment is brand new and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay for pleasure or work.
The highlights include:
* The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prep your meals, it includes a stove and an oven, as well as a microwave, kettle, a coffee machine, a blender, and a large refrigerator. We have already provided the essentials including cleaning supplies and cooking utensils. If you need ingredients for cooking there is a nearby grocery store in the mall or we can help you set up a mobile application that delivers all your grocery needs to your doorstep.
* There is a washing machine and a dryer.
* Two Smart TVs and high speed internet
My wife and I like to travel together, meet new people and experience different cultures and cuisines. We have used Airbnb frequently, which we found very convenient and made us consider hosting. We can speak Arabic and English. My wife speaks German fluently and I have a fair knowledge of French.
We are available and live very close by, you can reach out any time and we can help with recommendations or things to do and places ti visit.
The entire apartment and backyard are totally yours. You have access to walking around the compound or hanging out in your backyard. Provided outdoor furniture; 4 chairs and 1 table, including a huge sun umbrella that sits above your seating area or wherever you'd like to move it.
You can walk to the near shopping center, there is also a fresh food market close by, several large mega malls are also in the neighborhood.
