Sleek furnishing in neutral tones draws the spotlight to the main window offering a stunning, endless sea view. The contemporary-inspired dining table provides the perfect place for a fantastic family meal while gazing upon the palm trees standing tall in the seascape. • Parking: 10 EUR/day PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES • Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: 150EUR • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: 250.00EUR (needs to change completely the lock), if it is not need to change it, 125EUR • Damage to keys set: 50EUR • Smoke in the property: 300EUR • The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay.
