Stunning ocean views from the living room, balcony, roof terrace and master bedroom in this oceanfront triplex in the popular coastal village of Radazul on Tenerife's southeast coast. The entire apartment, balcony, rooftop terrace and private parking space will be yours for the duration of your stay. You will also have access to the communal swimming pools.

Neighborhood info

Radazul is the place for water sports and activities such as sailing, fishing, diving, snorkelling, SUP, jet skiing and more. You can also enjoy open-water swimming 365 days a year in Radazul! From the apartment, you can walk to the Radazul marina, where you will find a pharmacy, an Italian restaurant with fantastic views of the marina (which also delivers pizza) and a number of seasonal bars and restaurants. La Nea beach is a short walk away (300m) where you can enjoy swimming in the ocean all year. We recommend getting a spot at the far left end of the beach, where the sand is finer, the ocean is calmer and the sun shines for longer in the evenings. Next to the beach is Parque de Guadamojete, a large park with outdoor exercise equipment and plenty of room to stretch your legs. There is also a children's playground. There is a small shopping centre 300m away with a SuperDino supermarket and various cafés and restaurants to have breakfast or lunch and buy fresh artisanal bread and pastries. A short drive away (8 minutes) there's a Lidl, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarket and a large shopping centre with international brands.
