Hi! I'm Beatrice, Italian, I live in Lanzarote since 2013. I manage with Silvia, my collegue, Lanzaroteando a management company for holiday apartments and services on the island. I love traveling, photographing, eating and drinking well and always meeting new people. The apartment is neat and clean exactly as I would like to find the place where I spend my holidays.

Certificación energética disponible E (1caducidad 2/11/2024) This nice first floor studio is located in a small residence with swimming pool in the heart of the lovely town of Costa Teguise. Perfectly located it is very close to the beach of Las Cucharas and the entrance of the Pueblo Marinero with its typical Spanish restaurants. It has a smart TV with DTT channels (you can use your own Netflix/Apple/Amazon tv thanks to the fiber internet connection), a free fiber internet connection, a well equipped kitchenette with hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and the hairdryer. The terrace has a nice view of the swimming pool area.Bed linen and towels are provided and they are included in the price. For large families or friends we have the possibility to rent both this and the Malù Beach apartment, they are located next to each other and allow you to spend a holiday together without giving up your privacy. Our guests will receive a welcome basket with wine and water upon arrival. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and a toilet paper roll are provided for the first needs.

The apartment is ideal for a holiday where you can combine water sports (windsurfing, swimming), walking and cycling, sunbaths and sea. Shopping area and nightclubs are a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants, bars, shops, public transport and taxis are also reachable on foot in a few minutes. Everything is at your fingertips. The complex is very well maintained and it has 2 swimming pools: one for children and one for adults, a restaurant / bar and a direct access to the beach of Las Cucharas (famous for windsurfing). The car is not necessary.
