Informazioni sulla struttura

Charming village house, with homely decoration and beautiful views of the mountains. It is located in the centre of the pretty village of Campanet, in a very charming area. The house, with a lot of light, has a spacious entrance and a nice living room with a comfortable sofa, television and ceiling fan. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and the other with two single beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen, independent and induction, has been recently refurbished, and is fully equipped, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fireplace and two coffee machines, one filter and the other Nespresso. And right next to it is a large wooden table and chairs. At the back of the house, there is a nice little garden with a jacuzzi, two sun loungers and a parasol, and a covered terrace area with table and chairs, to enjoy summer lunches and dinners. There is also a laundry room. Upstairs, via the garden stairs, there is a fabulous terrace which can also be accessed from the double bedroom, with a small chill-out area and barbecue, as well as a yoga mat, pilates ring and rowing machine. Among other amenities, the villa has internet access (WiFi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, and outdoor parking at a distance of 90m.

Pollensa and its surroundings are one of the most beautiful areas of the island and an ideal retreat for those looking for the original Mallorca as well as outstanding beaches. Here a diverse landscape merges with sandy beaches and coves. Puerto Pollensa, an old fisherman’s village, has preserved its typical charm and is very appreciated for its long beach and its emblematic sea front stroll, the 'Pine Walk'. The surrounding mountains are ideally suited for hiking and biking excursions. Cala San Vicente, a smaller resort with a familiar atmosphere, offers crystal clear water, ideal for diving and snorkeling. Discover Pollensa's narrow Moorish streets with numerous cafés and shops scattered around the picturesque town square, where you also find many high standard restaurants.
