Casa Mirador is perched on the side of the mountain at the edge of the magical village of Bubión. The apartment is the ideal escape to tranquillity and nature. There is plenty to do here, besides hiking, you can arrange to go horse trekking, at one of the local riding schools, mountain biking or take a tour of some of the surrounding villages.

There are innumerable activities available to those wishing to explore the amazingly diverse landscape that surrounds these villages - walking, road and mountain biking, to horse riding, swimming, and more. Though less well-known than its more prominent neighbours of Pampaneira and Capileira, Bubión has some lovely and lively bars and restaurants, where the food and the service are excellent. In particular we recommend Teide which offers a marvellous and wide-ranging menu in a warm and welcoming environment and a lovely garden for outdoor dining. Granada City is approximately an hour and a half by car. Malaga, about two hours. The beautiful seaside towns of the Costa Tropical are within an hours reach and the snow-capped mountain of the Sierra Nevada National park a little over and hour. A bus service runs three times a day to and from Granada and takes between two and two-and-a-half hours. Travel to Malaga is via Granada, making it a rather long journey. Car hire from both Granada and Malaga is very affordable and highly recommended.
