We are a small shared apartment. The host, Rico, and someone else live here, along with two cats that roam freely in the apartment. (They will only enter your room if you want them to.) You can lock your room at any time, as we value privacy.
In this apartment, everyone cleans their own things. Towels and bedding are provided. For hot summer days, there is a fan and window blinds. In winter, for cold days, there is a heater and extra blankets.
Young photographer living here in Valencia, speaks German, English, and Spanish. Occasionally produces his own podcast episodes in the apartment, loves cats, and is an animal lover.
Would you perhaps like a photoshoot while you are here? Then just contact him.
If you would also like a private city tour of 3-4 hours, you can ask and book him.
This apartment is actually very central to the harbor and beach (about 1.5-2.5 km), central to the city (about 1.5 km), close to the famous Mestalla Stadium (about 1.2 km), and very close to Turia Park (about 750m). Nearby, there are various attractions such as "Les Arts", the "Science Museum", and the Mestalla Stadium. There is also a bouldering gym, various cafes, restaurants, bars, bike rentals, many shopping options, and much more.
