Beautiful new construction house for 6 people near Felanitx. Finca Sa Vinya is a lovely new build one-storey property which was completed in 2017 and has 3 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 of these en suite, air conditioning, WiFi Internet connection and satellite television. The house has a stone façade and Majorcan-style shutters, giving the house a classical touch, though its interior is very modern and functional. Entering the house via the front door we find a substantial living-dining room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. The living area has two attractive sofas, TV and dining table with an attractive lamp.
