Sun Glow Senator is a new and modern one-bedroom holiday home in complex with swimming pool. Spectacular views of the pool and chill out area to enjoy the outside space. It is located 15 minutes from Las Cucharas beach and very close to all amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. New flat in modern and luxurious complex in Costa Teguise. Consists of one bedroom with double bed and sofa-bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Wifi with fibre, ideal for teleworking. Smart TV with Netflix. Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Large private furnished terrace with spectacular views of the pool. Leaving the flat you can enjoy the huge terrace of the complex with sun loungers and chill out area to relax and sunbathe. Quiet communal pool with sun loungers. Bed linen and bath and pool towels are provided, one set per person. It has 2 fans, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Flat on the first floor, the complex has no lift. Public parking always available and free of charge. Baby cot available on request.
