Cosy apartment SUN OF THE BAY VIDALBA 2 is an exclusive holiday apartment with sea views and direct access to the Pinos beach in the paradisiacal Alcudia Bay. It is part of a complex of six identical apartments, distributed in two blocks, designed to offer maximum comfort and tranquility. ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the agency to communicate your arrival time and arrange key collection. - The day before your arrival, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and collection of the key. - Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m. - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m. - If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, contact the agency to arrange availability, cost and times. DEPOSIT On arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit of 300,00 euros by credit card. It will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if the house is in the agreed condition. PRIOR REQUEST - The transfer service is arranged with extra payment 72 hours in advance. - Cot and highchair - 30,00 euros per week. - Second cot and high chair - 10,00 euros per day. - Extra bed if available - 28,00 euros per day. - The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 180,00 euros. - Real estate management - 90,00 euros. All additional payments to be paid to the agency upon arrival. TOURIST TAX Since July 2016, the local authorities have introduced a tourist tax (eco-tax): - 2,20 euros / person / night for the first 8 days. All subsequent days 1.10 euros / person / night. Not applicable for children under 16 years old. - It is compulsory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in the National Police Portal.
