Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request) Outside: - A pretty wooden terrace with a dining table for your meals and aperitifs as well as a Spa to relax after a day of sightseeing, heated accompanied by its pretty sea view. In the residence : - Access to the shared indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its sea-view terrace. - Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower. - A parking space is available with a recharging point for electric vehicles.
