Well furnished and fully equipped, you will have all the comfort you need in this accommodation. It is ideally located near the chairlift and ski schools and rentals; shops and bars are also nearby. Enjoy your stay ! ## Logement Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the studio has a living area with sofa bed and several storage units, a functional kitchen equipped with a dining area and a clean bathroom. It also has a BALCONY where you can enjoy an exceptional view of nature. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. A ski rental store and a supermarket, Le Petit Casino, are only a 7 minute drive from the apartment! During your stay, don't miss to visit: the Saint-Nicolas Church of Combloux, the Tourist Office are both at 5 min by car, the Château des Rubins - Observatoire des Alpes 12 min, the Rond-point de la Princesse at 7 min, the Croix des Salles (at 19 min by car) and many more. In the summer, don't miss the Biotope lake for a swim while during the winter you will also have several ski resorts namely: Les Portes du Mont Blanc 6 min by car, the Cordon Ski Area - Ski Lifts 15 min away, the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc Ski Area 24 min.
