Cocoonr Agency offers you Cap à Houat, a duplex flat located in a beautiful building directly on the port of Saint-Jacques in Sarzeau. This charming 97 m² flat is ideally located facing the beach ! Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Bright and spacious, this duplex flat has all the comforts you need, and a stunning sea view of the boats and Saint-Jacques beach. It has free wifi access (fibre optic). The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Three bedrooms with 3 double beds including : 1 queen-size bed (160×200) on the ground floor and 2 double beds (140×190) on the 1st floor. - Two shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. - 1 separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
