Hello, my name is Michelle and welcome to Chateau d'encassagnard. The chateau was built in 1850 and recently renovated with new pool and terrace, ensuite bathrooms and kitchen. Relax by the pool with a good book and a cocktail, or if you are feeling more energetic, wine and Armagnac tasting in the many wineries, or visit the Pyrenees which you can see on a clear day on the road into Auch.

I have worked in the property world for a long time and having watched too much "Escape to the Chateau", I decided to be my own boss and bought the Chateau in 2022 and have spent the last year renovating the Castle for guests Its been an adventure so far and we look forward to welcoming you and your families to share the experience.

The Chateau is situated in Castin, 5 km from Auch, the birthplace of D'artangan. Auch Cathedral is magnificent, with its Saturday market to have a coffee in its many cafes and bars watching the people and the world go by, or wander through its laneways of many restaurants and boutique shops. To keep the kids entertained, Quad concept is 15mins away in Auch and lake Castera Verduzan park. The Pyrenees is 2hours drive away and I can recommend a fantastic spa with stunning views or for those more energetic the ski slopes. The nearest airport is Toulouse Blagnac Airport, 70 km from the Chateau, or you can get the train from Toulouse Central to Auch.
