With a surface area of 60 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers and a baby, it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room with fitted kitchen on the first floor and three beautiful bedrooms on the first floor, including a mezzanine accessible from the second bedroom, and a bathroom. Wifi, games for children. GROUND FLOOR : - A 22 m² living room with sofas, TV with free Netflix, dining area. - Fully equipped kitchen. ON THE 1ST FLOOR : - Bedroom 1: one double bed. - Bedroom 2: two bunk beds. - Bedroom 3: on the mezzanine, accessible from bedroom 2 via a Japanese staircase, a double bed and a desk. - Bathroom with shower and WC. OUTSIDE : - A 15 m² south-facing private terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days, accessible from the shared courtyard. - A secure ski and bike room, shared with the adjoining accommodation with tumble dryer and large private fridge-freezer. Other remarks: - Household linen (fitted sheets, comforter covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels) is not included. They can be supplied on request, for a supplement of 20 per person (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are for information only, subject to change by our partner. - Optional extra: beds made up on arrival (10e/bed). - High chair, WC reducer, bath and crib with bedding and linen available on request (20e supplement). - Free Wifi (fiber). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or extra charge from our on-site service provider). Rates: 40e for stays of less than 7 nights and 60e for stays of 7 nights or more). - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
