## The space This apartment sits on the 9th and last floor of residence Sassafras. Very close to Aquariaz, slopes and center, it is also very calm and located in prime location of promenade des Ardoisières. Apartment description : - Entrance with a large room to store ski equipment. - 1st bathroom with shower and separated toilet - Kids room with 1 single bed + 2 bunk beds and lots of storage - Fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa, dining table, chimney and smart TV. Access to the south facing balcony with a jaw dropping view - Adults room with storage and double bed - 3rd room with a bunk bed ## Guest access You'll have access to the apartment and it's balcony. ## Guest interaction We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything ! ## Other things to note Cleaning, beds linen and towels included
